While all of our kilims are extraordinary, some of our antiques are clearly destined for collectors, of museum-quality rather than for regular household usage. The Bulgarian kilims pictured here are 80 to 150 years old (some are specifically dated). Some were likely dowry rugs and were never used, and therefore are in mint condition. All are of extremely high quality and increasingly rare on the world market.
